Origami Fishing Game
This game involves creating origami fish, a platter and containers. Fishing poles are also made of paper and string.The materials are all recycled. Once the pieces are created,the players catch the fish with the fishing poles and put them in the pots the create also in origami. The fish and other aquatic creatures are assigned different points. The other sea creatures include crab and turtles. Smaller creatures are more points.
I am working on starting a company (The Upcycle Factory) of games and toys using recycled materials with sustainability theme. I am an artist/teacher and installation assistant through O 'Hanlon Center for the Arts in Mill Valley,Ca. I also teach classes at the Mill Valley Library. Currently I am enrolled in a solar installation class and another class to learn how to create phone apps. I hope to teach at the East Bay Origami Convention.
